CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

Thanks for being a Sedora client!

We’d like to inform all of our clients of our updated cancellation policy.

As of Monday April 11, 2022, we will reinstate our last-minute cancellation policy.

This is not to penalize but instead to ensure that our amazing estheticians maintain a schedule. As they work solely on commission and tips, a last-minute cancellation deprives someone else from that appointment time and your tech from a paycheck. We will now require a card be stored on file when booking appointments.

So, what does this mean?

Clients will now be charged a fee up to 10% of their full appointment price. A 5% charge will be applied to cancellations/rescheduling made the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations/rescheduling will have a 10% charge.

Our office will use the card stored on file unless you request to use a different card.
